Workers’ Compensation
If you are injured in a workplace accident, then you must notify your employer within 30 days of that accident. After notification, you have two years to file your workers’ compensation claim. Please contact our office so that we may help you file that claim.
You can be eligible for workers’ compensation benefits for injuries on the job that were not caused by a specific accident. If you suffered injuries on the job from the repetitive stress of your job duties or related to an occupational disease, then you must notify your employer within 30 days of when you realized your injuries were work related.
